Set of engine and alternator coupled directly by means of a flexible disk and mounted on a reinforced steel base frame without fuel tank and with anti vibration mountings which ensures a vibration free standing of the generating set. (Units include a non-UL listed, single wall tank). The assembly is made according to EEC regulations. On the open set version the industrial type silencer is included and shipped loose.

Deutz 1011 Series Engine

Four stroke, direct injection, air cooled Diesel engine of the 1011 series manufactured with the latest technology. Its low and optimised exhaust emissions comply with the strictest prevailing regulations. Engines include EPA standard plate. Low fuel and oil consumption together with low maintenance costs make the 1011 series engine an extraordinary product which allows to maintain operating costs at affordable levels. Also, its load acceptance capacity ensures instant electricity supply. Stop solenoid included.

Engine power: Emergency power according to ISO 3046 (IFN3) at variable load measured at 300 m a.s.l. and 25ºC ambient temperature.

Alternator

Newage Stamford, brushless, self-excited, self regulated with electronic voltage regulation (AVR), four poles for single phase, 12 lead reconnectable up to 480 volt for three phase, IP 23 protection and class H insulation.

Super Soundproof Enclosure (On enclosed models)

The modular structure base frame (easy assembly) is made of bent steel profiles. A rock-wool layer of insulation, which complies with prevailing regulations, accomplishes the sound attenuating elements. Includes hot ambient air extraction fan, critical type silencer, and flexible connector included.
